What do I need to get started?
Just a floor plan and your branding details (project name, agent name, company logo, address). We take it from there.
How long does it take?
Models are designed, built, and shipped display-ready within 3 weeks.
What size are the models?
We offer three standard sizes — Essential (13×10in / A4), Showcase (18×13in / A3), and Premier (25×18in / A2). Each is designed to suit different needs, from client meeting models to showroom displays. For larger developments, custom sizes are also available.
Can you build multi-unit projects?
Yes. Developers often use our models to show stacked units, townhouses, or entire communities during presales.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We ship globally, with careful packaging to keep your model safe in transit.
Can the model include my branding?
Absolutely. Every model can feature your name, logo, and project details for a polished, professional presentation.
